• Refunds are NOT given if the registrant 'no-shows' or cannot access the course materials due to internet problems, computer problems, technical issues not from the server/host side, personal problems, medical issues, or other problems not directly faulted by the server and/or host.
• Purchase of a course includes only the study materials and resources included in that specific course purchased. There are no further services or products included with the purchase of the course except for those services or products specifically listed with the course purchase
• Please double-check the time zone as all live sessions are scheduled in the EASTERN USA time zone.
  For courses including live workshops - Please ensure that the name that shows on your Zoom account matches the name that you used to register for the course. Anyone who attempts to enter any Zoom session with a display name that does not match a registrant's name will not be permitted to enter.

• For any live workshops - Any recording (audio or video), screenshotting, copying, distribution, or the rendering of this workshop or any part of this session is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Mark Fitness Coaching. This includes screenshots, pictures, or videos of any type, as well as any form of audio recording.
• Mark Fitness Coaching is a completely separate entity from Facebook, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, or The American Council on Exercise. There are no direct ties or official partnerships between Mark Fitness Coaching and Facebook or NASM or ACE or any other organization. They are all completely separate companies/entities from Mark Fitness Coaching.
